Dolce Vita "Gran Crema" - is a perfectly balanced blend with a high content of Arabica beans, which requires slow and gentle roasting to fully develop. On the other hand, Robusta beans, selected from sweeter varieties, are roasted separately at a higher temperature.
Gran Crema - has a very aromatic profile, similar to a 100% Arabica blend but with more body. The Arabica origins in the blend provide sweet fruity notes, accompanied by a subtle, pleasant acidity.
