The History of the ITALFOODS Company begins with a tradition established in the Italian Simondi family in the 1990s.
For decades, the Simondi family business has served the roasting of coffee beans and the culture of authentic Italian espresso.
It was this experience and love for the grain that gave rise to the desire of brothers Matteo and Manuele to take tradition to a new level. Thus was born the brand that is known today as DOLCE VITA - a brand that is today known as one of the most complete and sophisticated collections in the world of compatible capsules.
