Shipping Policy
Delivery and Payment Policy
We strive to deliver your order as quickly and conveniently as possible. Please review our delivery and payment terms.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch We process and dispatch orders daily.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be dispatched on the next business day.
Note: Orders received on weekends or official public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
2. Delivery Methods and Timelines
We offer two delivery options: Standard and Express.
2.1. Standard Delivery (Partner Courier: ONWAY, EASYWAY AND GEOWAY)

Within Tbilisi: 2 business days from dispatch. (DURIG DECEMBER 2-3 WORKING DAYS)

Major Cities: 3-4 business days from dispatch.

Villages and Other Regions: 4 business days from dispatch.
2.2. Express Delivery (Courier: IE Italfoods Georgia)

Express delivery is available only in Tbilisi.

Delivery Timeline: 1 business day.

Cost: From 10 GEL (depending on the location).
3. Delivery Cost
3.1. Within Tbilisi (Standard)

For orders of 140 GEL or more: Free.

For orders less than 140 GEL: 7 GEL.
3.2. Other Major Cities (Standard)

Fixed delivery fee: 12 GEL.
3.3. Villages and Other Regions (Standard)

Delivery fee: 17 GEL.
4. Payment Methods
We offer several payment options to make your shopping experience as flexible and secure as possible:

Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard) Online payments are securely processed through our partner payment system, UNIPAY.

Cash on Delivery (COD) You may pay for the order in cash only to the IE Italfoods courier upon delivery of the products. If using the partner courier company's service, the payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or through the website's payment gateway.

Bank Transfer If you place an order through social media communication channels or by phone, payment via bank transfer (using our bank details) is available. Please note: The order will be processed and dispatched only after the transferred amount is fully reflected in our account.
Order return policy
Unavailable Address or Recipient
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable (e.g., the courier was unable to establish phone contact, or for other recipient-related reasons), the customer will be charged for the reshipping fee.
