Dolce Vita's "Gran Crema" is a perfectly balanced blend with a high content of Arabica beans, which require a slow and gentle roasting to fully develop. On the other hand, Robusta beans, selected from sweeter varieties, are roasted separately - at a higher temperature.
Grand Crema - has a very aromatic profile. The Arabica beans give the blend sweet fruity notes, accompanied by a very slight pleasant acidity.
